The Executive Marketing Officer plays a critical leadership role in shaping the public image, outreach strategy, and market positioning of Corporate Inclusion LTD, Nigeria’s premier consulting firm specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with a niche in disability inclusion and gender mainstreaming. This role requires a dynamic and innovative professional who will drive the organization’s marketing vision, connect with key audiences, and translate our mission into measurable impact through creative and data-driven campaigns.
The Executive Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing
integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, attract prospective clients, retain current partners, and promote thought leadership in the DEI space. Working closely with the executive leadership and consulting teams, the role will bridge communications between
Corporate Inclusion LTD and its core audiences—corporate entities, government bodies, donor
agencies, civil society, and the media.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, combining deep knowledge of marketing and
communications with a passion for social impact, equity, and inclusion.
Core Focus Areas:

  1. Brand Management and Positioning:
    You will define and elevate Corporate Inclusion LTD’s brand identity, ensuring it
    resonates with target audiences and reflects our leadership in the DEI sector.
  2. Strategic Marketing Campaigns:
    You will conceptualize and roll out marketing initiatives that highlight our services—
    such as accessibility audits, DEI training, inclusive workplace policy development, and
    CSR advisory—across relevant sectors.
  3. Lead Generation and Business Development Support:
    You will design and implement marketing funnels that generate qualified leads from the public and private sectors and support the business development team with customized
  4. proposals and sales materials.
  5. Digital and Traditional Media Engagement:
    You will manage our digital presence through platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and
    Instagram, while also coordinating PR efforts such as press releases, interviews, and
    media briefings to grow our influence.
  6. Content Creation and Storytelling:
    You will develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content to humanize our
    work, showcase client success stories, and build emotional connections with our
    audiences.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement and Visibility Events:
    You will organize and promote webinars, awareness campaigns, trainings, and other
    visibility events that increase our footprint and deepen partnerships across industries.
  8. Analytics and Performance Tracking:
    You will monitor campaign effectiveness using performance metrics, derive actionable
    insights, and refine strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
